Financial and SAP assistant

Currently Kinectrics is developing its business in Romania through Kinectrics Nuclear Romania (KNR), a company registered under the Romanian legislation delivering consultancy and engineering services mainly in power generation with a focus on nuclear technologies.

KNR is looking for an Accountant with experience in multinational companies.

Accountabilities:

• Carrying out accounting and payroll records in accordance with the Romanian legislation in force;
• Receiving and processing documents and reports in physical and electronic format, registration, processing, archiving;
• Preparation of accounting records, taxes calculation, completion of reference tables, completion of ANAF declarations;
• Preparation of monthly / quarterly statements and balance sheets;
• Assist and support the KNR Finance Manager with the SAP transactions;
• Assist and support the KNR project managers with the SAP project accounts set-up and management.

Required competencies and skills:

• Graduate of higher education in the economic field;
• Minimum 3 years experience in the financial accounting field;
• Legislative knowledge in the field of fiscal accounting and payroll;
• Good knowledge of PC operation, Office suite operation (Word, Excel), Client Mail (Outlook), use of search engines (Google, Internet Explorer, etc.);;
• Knowledge of operating in SAP;
• Knowledge of accessing and using tax administration sites;
• Knowledge of operating in the CIEL represents an advantage;
• Organized person, details oriented, with the ability of analysis and multitasking;
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify and solve problems;
• Good knowledge of English (reading, speaking);
• Sociable, with good communication skills and team spirit;
• Ability to work in an international environment;
• Flexibility in taking over the work peaks specific to the position;
• Integral person, comfortable with taking responsibility for work, dedicated and proactive;
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Job location:

• Bucharest, Romania;
• Short missions in Romania may be needed from time to time.
