Financial Controller
Sirbi, Maramures, Romania  

Your key deliverables:

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and report to aid in profitably managing the business
• Make recommendations to compensate for variances when detected
• Participate in the preparation of profit plans and forecasts for the plant operations in Romania
• Participate in the preparation of Standard Costs calculation for the plant
• Analyze the products’ profitability
• Analyze the master data in SAP for financial material data, purchase records, transfer prices
• Support the plant’s team in preparation of Business Opportunity Calculations for projects
• Drive continuous improvement in financial and business practices  

Are you?    

• Educated at University degree in finance, accounting, or business administration?
• Having relevant financial experience in a production/manufacturing environment?
• Coming with a deep knowledge and understanding of (accounting) principles, policies and (business) concepts?
• Ready to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operational analyses/reports?
• Possessing the ability to communicate at all levels and team-spirit oriented?
• Able to operate across (and influence within) a complex matrixes organizational structure?
• nowledgeable of ERP systems?
• Fluent in English language?
