Candidatul ideal

- University degree in economics - completed
- Knowledge of English – advanced – very good communication, both written and spoken;
- Microsoft Office - Excel Advanced, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
- ERP Systems operation
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of IFRS & RAS reporting
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Good understanding of business models
- Analytical thinking, strong control orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage tasks with deadlines
- Proactivity and positive attitude, result oriented
- Ability to work in team, good verbal and written communication skills

Monthly financial reporting and analysis

  • Managing the reporting & controlling process, ensuring timelyness, transpareny and accuracy of the delivered reporting packages, reliable for decision making – PL, BS, CF, OPEX, CAPEX, CIT, other specific financial and non financial reports;
  • Managing the IFRS16 monthly process – updating the input sheets, posting the accounting entries to the IFRS ledger, reconcile the movements and balances;
  • Monthly variance analysis Actuals vs. Budget and previous periods, explanations for the variances incurred;
  • Prepares the management financial presentations by brand, including the relevant KPIs for performance monitoring;
  • Supporting internal customer groups in all finance and accounting matters including analysis, expense tracking and control, analyses deviations actual vs forecasts / budget – propose & follow actions implemented, actively look for continuous improvement;
  • Support the internal customer groups in the annual budgetting process and monthly rolling forecast preparation;


Internal control

  • Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings;
  • Support& initiate internal control initiatives and proactively identify weaknesses and recommend corrective actions and timely solutions;
  • Support the development and documentation of policies, controls and business processes ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently;
  • Assure compliance with the company’s accounting, tax reporting, regulatory reporting and management reporting policy
