Description
We are looking for a Financial Controller for Timisoara location to elaborate professional financial and economic analysis and consult location/BU/headquarter management in order to support operational decision making in line with Group Rules and Guidelines.
Main responsibilities:
- preparing and analyzing the monthly closing, providing useful data/ suggestions for management decisions.
- contributes to standard/ special financial reports preparation and analyses for location/ BU / VT management.
- contributes in the development of standard/ special financial reports.
- is responsible for preparing presentations of the financial figures for the location/ BU / VT management.
- is responsible for controlling and monitoring the working hours, preparing special reports and providing solutions for management in order to reach the BU's productivity and turnover targets.
- is responsible for controlling headcount, investments, costs, sales and manufacturing KPIs in order to reach BU's targets.
- contributes with optimization measures' proposals (. costs, processes).
- is responsible for collecting and providing input data for budget and forecasts.
- contributes in planning and organizing the budget and forecast process within BU/ locations.
- is responsible for providing financial trainings for technical employees.
- contributes to implementing new global/ local tools/ methods/ projects in order to comply with group rules/ reporting guidelines.

Qualifications:
- University or Master Degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering;
- At least two years of work experience within Finance/Controlling;
- Knowledge in SAP-BW (Business Warehouse) is a plus;
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
