Financial Controller

We are looking for our next colleague to be part of our dedicated team, to help support our financial, sales and management teams with the on-going processes with a bunch of cool people doing their magic in the Timisoara office.

Who are we?  DELTATEL was founded as a company specialized in providing services that enable operators, large companies and public institutions to offer voice, data and video communication solutions to end users.

What will you do? 

• Prepare financial reports.
• Maintain and improve the management accounting chart (cost centers, profit centers).
• Cost controlling at cost center level.
• Margin validation for new projects.
• Monitoring the variable and gross margin at project level (profit center).
• Preparing income statements and balance sheets at project level.
• Participating in budgeting processes.
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
• Evaluating and managing risk.
• Monitoring internal controls.
• Coordinating audit processes.

Who are you? You have: 

• Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proven experience in finance controlling.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Auditing experience is preferred.
• Compliance oriented.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Good working knowledge in Excel.
• Analytical skills.
