Description

• Preparing annual budget, periodic forecasts and monthly business reports;
• Consolidating the reports from Entities and Business Units;
• Performing of regular and ad-hoc reports as well as still-to-go analysis;
• Cost Center Controlling with contact to Department Heads (Budgeting, Forecasting, Data analysis);
• Planning, consolidating, analyzing and reporting of internal charges (Corporate, GB-to-GB);
• Participating on diverse activities of indirect headcount Controlling;
• Validating the regular data and master data cleansing (. with other GB);
• Setting up standard files and reports (cost center reports, legal entity views etc.);
• Implementing management decisions in steering the business and day-by-day activities;
• Further additional tasks required by superiors.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science or related degree;
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written); German would be an advantage;
• At least two years experience in Controlling area;
• Advanced in Microsoft Office Word/PPT/Outlook;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivots, advanced formulas, using databases);
• Knowledge and experience in using SAP FI and/or CO module and PowerBI;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
• Team player in a multi-location setup, high customer and service orientation;
• Ability to work in a dynamic international environment with tight deadlines.
