Financial Project Assistant

Workplace: Swan Office, Bucharest Nord, Voluntari, Ilfov

Responsabilities:

• Maintaining financial project administration for the Project Construction Management (PMC)department:

  • cost analysis reporting
  • project controlling
  • tracking of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • supporting financial data entry and general bookkeeping
• Collaborate with the whole project team

Requirements:

• Financial / Engineering education background;
• Experience in an accounting environment (preferably project controlling)
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Fluent English
• Analytical skills
• Attention to details
• International working experiences in Engineering industry would be an advantage
