Your Purpose:
You will be responsible for the financial accounting and reporting for MCE Group ., the Group HQ company for Molson Coors Europe based in Czech Republic, and Netherlands BV, the Group holding company. You will be the key point of contact, liaising with external professional service providers and the corporate functions.

 

Your main responsibilities will be to complete regular reporting routines, which include the usual accounting tasks such as prepayments and accruals, recharges, revaluations and preparation on balance sheet reconciliations. On a monthly basis your tasks will involve preparation of P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow. You will also perform Month End reporting and support the Financial Reporting Manager with the monthly close for the EMEA and APAC group.

 

You will have an opportunity to take part in projects in which you might be supporting process improvement, supporting reporting system changes, or general process improvement changes.

 

About you:

  • You’ve most likely had 2-3 years’ experience with a university degree in Finance / Accounting. Alternatively, you could be returning to work and looking for a stable role in an international company
  • You have proven experience in preparing the full P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow and you have advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office; especially Microsoft Excel
  • You put people first, you’ve proven you can build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • You are bold and decisive, you’re able to manage and prioritise your workload effectively and you know what decisions to make in order to deliver the day to day tasks. You also know when to share challenges and ask for help. 
  • You take accountability, you’re aware of the impact your reporting has on the business and you take pride in your accuracy and diligence when preparing financial information
  • You learn every day; personal and professional development is important to you and you’re always looking for ways to improve and develop your skills
  • You’re a great team worker and you celebrate success together with your colleagues
  • You’re fluent in English you’re able to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation (FD to Analyst)
