Financial specialist

Calibar Services is looking for candidates with qualification from higher education in Accounting, Management and / or Finance, young graduates with 2 years of successful experience in an audit and / or consulting firm.

You will be required to verify, analyse and manually input data extracted from quarterly and annual fund reports in the Public Economic sector.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Verify fund reports for compliance with reporting guidelines;
• Analyse & check data extracted by our software solution, check the results, correct / enter data if required;
• Review all entered and transformed data so that they are compliant with guidelines and procedures;
• Identify & explain discrepancies between independently determined values
• Interact with Fund Managers to obtain the desired level of information within time constraints.
• Create query log in case of questions / information / clarity missing in the fund reports and monitor pending answers
• Document exceptional cases to feed a knowledge database

Requirements:

• Qualification from higher education in Accounting, Management and / or Finance (BACor equivalent)
• 1-3 years of successful experience in an audit and/or consulting firm.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details, ability to correlate movements between financial and non financial indicators, ability to control similar data from different sources and identify discrepancies.
• Knowledge of the Private Equity sector is a plus
• Willingness to learn and to integrate with the team, availability to work harder during reporting periods in order to meet tight deadlines
• You are rigorous and precise
• Good communication skills
• Excellent language abilities in English
• MS-Office good knowledge level.
