Finish Goods Warehouse Manager

You are responsible for

• Maintaining warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures;
• Picking and loading FG according to customers orders/route planning (by review shortage list);
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing and shipping requirements enforcing adherence to requirements;
• Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols;
• Responsible to FG inventory management by pallets (lots) and validation by physical counting;
• Maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement;
• Completing warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
• Maintaining warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
• Maintaining warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
• Controlling and ensure a good management  for  store keepers and 3 Transport Planners from 3 shifts

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• 2-3 years of related experience in a similar position (personnel management)
• Logistics/Supply Chain background
• PC Knowledge: Microsoft office (excel,word,power point)
• ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Fluent in English
