First line IT support

Responsibilities:

• • Support the users in IT troubleshooting

• • Handles and solves the requests received by dedicated support channels and escalate the complex issues according to support level hierarchy

• • Do hardware and software installations

• • Prevent, identify the problems and remove the computer failure (hardware and software)

• • Training of users to ensure a fair/optimal handle of IT systems

• • Establish and/or supervision of installation and upgrade software

• • Preserving the confidentiality of data processed, saved or used

• • Support the management in all issues related to IT

Requirements:

• • Advanced knowledge of hardware, PC and peripheral equipment

• • Ability to identify and to solve problems in hardware, software and peripheral equipment

• • Competence to cooperate with colleagues and to communicate technical information to not-specialized users

• • Ability to learn and support new applications and to provide technical training for end users

• • Increased capacity to learn, analytical thinking

• • Aware of responsibility, loyalty

• • Communication and sharing information with colleagues

• • Flexible working time if necessary

• • Romanian Baccalaureate or equivalent (example: IT specialist school)

• • English language required

• • Driving license
