Fixed Asset Controller

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to manage the long-term property and equipment of the company used for business, such buildings, mechanical equipment, furniture and office equipment;

- In charge of protecting these assets and monitoring their depreciation;

- Track and record all transactions related to the company's hard assets, including any tagging or labeling of the items and maintaining the database of inventory of these assets.

- Responsible for recording depreciation;

- Manages any property tax or other taxation related to the assets and may represent the organization in any audits related to these fixed assets;

- Additionally, conducts timely physical inventories to validate the accuracy of her records.

Requirements:

- Educational requirements: bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, or finance;

- Two years of fixed asset management or inventory control experience;

- The ability to organize and plan, then follow through on that plan in a timely manner;

- Using effective writing and communication to prepare reports and coordinate with other departments;

- Excel advance level

- PowerPoint medium level

- SAP asset management module advance level

- English advance level
