FMEA Responsible

The area of responsibility includes:

• Moderation and preparation of risk analyzes according to the FMEA methodology
• Planning, implementation, and follow-up on the necessary FMEA meetings
• Tracking of the resulting measures and the control of their effectiveness
• Transfer of the knowledge and results to the locations of the group of companies
• Presentation of the results to internal and external partners
• Implementation, establishment, and further development of the group wide FMEA process
• Ensuring method conformity based on the latest VDA and AIAG guidelines as well as customer-specific requirements
• Implementation of internal training on FMEA-related topics
• Creation of status reports and reporting

Your background:

• Successfully completed training, alternatively technical studies (desirable)
• Practical experience in the field of FMEA creation and moderation
• Very good knowledge of the FMEA methodology based on common automotive standards (VDA, AIAG, customer-specific)
• Knowledge of quality management in accordance with the international standards ISO, IATF, Automotive-Core-Tools.
• Strong moderation / communication skills, interfacing competence, confident appearance, and persuasiveness
• Very good language skills (English, German) complete your profile.
