Area of responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be part of the GBS FPRA team

 

As an FPRA Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing annual budget, rolling forecast and monthly business reports
  • Analysis and explanation of budget and forecast deviations
  • Monthly business review board presentation
  • Ensure actual control of targets and cost control on region under own responsibility
  • Continuous monitoring on Fixed costs
  • CAPEX review and analysis
  • Fixed Production Overheads controlling
  • Master data Cost Centre controlling activities
  • Setting up standard files and controlling reports
  • Preparing Ad-hoc reports and analysis to support business decisions
  • Drive harmonization of processes, identify opportunities for automation and drive efficiencies of FPRA processes

 

 Requirements:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis skills
  • Strong analytic and financial controlling skills (2-3 years of professional experience in a multinational company in Controlling)
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel is a must – pivot, large databases, charts, different functions)
  • Power BI, Power Pivot will be a plus
  • ERPs knowledge (SAP)
  • Proficient in English
