Currently looking for french speaking candidates, to join one of the leading customer service for airline and tourism as part of the team in Bremen, Germany!

Responsibilities

  • Telephone customer service
  • Making reservations/selling flights
  • Consulting regarding flights, service and assisting travel agencies
  • Administrative back office tasks

Ideal candidate

  • Fluent in French and English both oral and written
  • A high degree of service orientation, commitment and enjoy dealing with customers
  • The ability to concentrate and the power of comprehension
  • An independent and responsible approach to work
  • Good PC user skills
  • Eligibility to work unrestricted in Germany

Offer
