French speaking Operations executive

Europe Incoming is seeking to hire a French speaking Operations Assistant,

Working in daily and direct contact with our Paris Office, you would be involved with the many aspects of our daily business. Checking services, building itineraries, preparing vouchers and checking supplier accounts are just some of the many tasks an Operations assistant undertakes. Training would take place both in Paris and in our Timisoara Office (zona Favorit)

You need to be organised, precise and reliable, with good excel and word skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage (travel agent, tour operator, hotel or similar – but not necessary )

Salary is dependent on relevant experience, operations assistants start from a minimum of 2800 Ron net. Monthly, with regular reviews and performance bonus and other perks.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
