Front end developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Frontend Web Developer to help build an international platform application for GIS & hospitality services. Strong Html, JavaScript and CSS abilities along with a working knowledge of VueJS, Leaflet, JSON and/or NodeJS will be essential for this role. 

Responsibilities:

• Support complex and secure components for modern browsers written in the latest web standards;
• Design and implement modern JS components to support a large, complicated, ever evolving set of features;
• Maintain a complex single page app with modern build tools;
• Provide testing and performance monitoring;
• Work with Product Managers and Back-End engineers to move the development forward;
• Perform code reviews;

The ideal collegue would have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field;
• Revelant experience with at least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role;
• Demonstrate knowledge in JavaScript;
• A designer eye to keep interfaces in the same frame;
• Modern Browser development fundamentals including HTMS/ CSS/ JS;
• Familiarity with version control and continuous integration systems;
• Understanding the HTTP Standard and modern REST practices;
• Be able to work effectively on a Windows environment;
• Fluency in English.
