Front-end Developer

We are looking for a Front-end Developer for one of our railway transportation project. You will be responsible for executing frontend development. Our new colleague will combine the web design with the programming part.

You will:

• Develop new user-facing features;
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use;
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs;
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability;
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end;
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

 What you need in order to join the team:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3;
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS;
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks including jQuery;
• Good understanding JavaScript framework, such as VueJS (preferred) or AngularJS, ReactJS);
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
