Visma IT & Communications is looking for a passionate Front End Developer.

You must have a drive to develop high quality processes that will run in a complex technical environment. You will be a shared member of two teams, the internal development and process automation team.

Internal Development

Internal Development team is the software part of Visma IT and we strive to be the best place to work in Visma. Code quality software happens as a result of consistent and passionate focus by the software implementation team to meet quality goals. Our team is dedicated towards delivering high quality code every day using latest technologies and principles like Clean Code, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, TDD.

Process automation

Process automation consist of data scientists and business process analysts that utilize advanced tools and libraries to automate business processes in Visma.

All our solutions uses machine learning at its core to predict and recommend actions to our customers.

We base all development on a set of principals described in our MLPA framework and through research we keep on top of trends in the large marked for machine learning techniques and algorithms.

We have a very good score in the Visma group Employee Engagement survey and have a very happy team consisting of Romanian and Norwegian resources.

Your tasks

You will be the central resource for building a coherent and adaptable user interface on top of our many services.

You will work with different types of services and back end developers, and together with them and our customers you will define, design and implement a visual front to both standard and more advanced services.

In addition, the following tasks is a natural part of your normal day

* Develop cutting-edge web applications using the latest existing technology

* Establish and maintain a tight and productive cooperation with selected UX resources, either in Vitc or other BU’s in Visma

* Contribute with knowledge sharing to all development resources in Vitc to improve the notation of good UI for increased customer satisfaction

* Participate in an agile oriented development team and deliver value.

* Work according to modern quality standards when it comes to high performing enterprise software, where continuous testing and test-ability is a natural part of your daily work.

* Always keep up with a continuous communication and mutual knowledge sharing with other team members, the system architect and business analysts.

* Have skills and interests in large scale enterprise systems, and in particular in performance, security and stability

* Contribute to a good automated test coverage in all parts of the application

Your skills:

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably Computer Science or Informatics area, with an overall minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

* Required knowledge/experience within all of the below bullets

* Strong experience with Angular, RxJS , TypeScript, HTML5 , CSS3,

* Excellent understanding of OOP principles, Design Patterns, Clean Code, SOLID Principles, Test Driven Development

* Responsive Design, Handling Cross-browser issues

* Source control systems, . GIT or other

Nice to have:

* Basic Cloud knowhow (AWS, Azure or similar)

* Basic Microservices architecture knowhow

* Basic SQL and NoSQL databases knowhow

* Basic CI & CD knowhow

* Basic knowledge of Python

* Basic knowledge of machine learning

* Redux, AngularJS, .NET Framework

* Experience with Test Automation and Test Automation Frameworks (Jasmine, Karma or similar)

* JIRA or other issue tracking systems

* Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio

* Effectively cope with change; comfortably adjust to alterations in work activities; able to decide and act with limited information;effectively handle risk and uncertainty in ambiguous situations

* Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building,and problem solving skills in a variety of situations

* Highly effective written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing effectively with a wide range of people

* Digital skills (. Google for Work apps).

* Fluency in Business English is required

* Customer oriented behavior

* Fast learner - research capabilities for obtaining required information.
