Front End (Web) Developer

Cegeka has an exciting opportunity for an Front End Developer to join us in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods;
• Take part in an agile development process with iterative releases;
• Design, test and implementation of high-availability and performant applications;
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git;
• Understanding and applying fundamental design principles behind a scalable application;

Technical skills:

• Minimum 3 years in web development, User Interface/ User Experience
• Minimum 3 years in IT projects
• Languages and technical / programming standards:
• Web Technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery
• Modern frontend Javascript framework - Angular
• Knowledege of SOA, REST webservices  design & architecture
• Experience with at least one unit testing framework, such as Mocha, RSpec
• Knowledge of pair programming, continuous integration and test-driven development
• Working collaboratively / Tools: Git
