BAT ROMANIA IS LOOKING FOR A FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Reports to: Facility Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Welcome visitors and answer any questions from visitors
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Keep contact with courier companies and arrange mail dispatches as requested
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Keep office supplies inventory and manage on time supplies refill
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Good English knowledge (both written and spoken)
• Energetic, able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service attitude
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus
