Frontend team leader

We are looking for a Front End Team Leader to join our company, in a high-paced, results-oriented work environment with many challenging opportunities for creative and intelligent problem-solving professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily meetings with the customer's representative in order to follow-up project implementation status
• Participate to high-level design and architecture meetings
• Create high-level design documents, web sequence diagrams, define REST APIs, define database structure. • Create manual operations procedure documents when needed.
• Participate in meetings with the customer representative to define the project requirements.
• Propose software solutions according to customer requirements.
• Participate in as many meetings as required with the rest of the team to follow up on the project implementation and offer solutions in case any of the team members are having difficulties solving specific tasks.
• Create Jira user stories according to customer requirements.
• Estimate the effort for the Jira user stories defined above.
• Plan the project and do the resource allocation.
• Participate in QA meetings.
• Participate in weekly demo meetings in order to present the evolution of the project and get feedback about the implemented features.
• Keep Jira user stories status updated so that they reflect the current project status.
• Develop certain features depending on the team load and the feature level of difficulty.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Both front-end and back-end experience.
• Excellent JavaScript (React, NodeJS) and CSS (sass, less) knowledge.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Git, svn knowledge.

Nice to have:

• Solid Java knowledge.
• Network (TCP/IP) knowledge.
