FULL-STACK DEVELOPER

Level of expertise: Senior level
Location: Iasi

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

- at least 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications;
- strong knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript (ES5-ES6), CSS, HTML;
- experience in continuous, using webpack, npm/yarn and their ecosystems;
- proven experience in Object Oriented Programming on one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python or C++;
- keen to quality designs, automated testing, and documentation;
- team player, willing to share knowledge and new ideas with the colleagues;
- solution-oriented person - see challenges before they present themselves and look for ways to solve them;
- attention to details;
- strong capacity of understanding the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion;
- BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field;
- strong listening, verbal and written communication skills in English.

Are also apreciated:

- good eye for clean web design and fundamental understanding of UX issues;
- previous experience with JavaScript libraries (. Redux), modern frameworks (React), testing frameworks (. Jest, Cypress);
- curiousity and/or experience with new technologies, such as Typescript, ES6, RxJS, etc. (nice to have);
- experience in developing and extending large and complex systems;
- previous work experience in Agile environments;
- passion for delivering quality code and for automated testing.

Main duties / responsibilities:

- Full stack development, by helping the team on backend development when needed;
- defining the web architecture for company’s customer-facing tools;
- designing, developing, testing, shipping and maintaining web-based tools that transform company’s way to operate their business and that redefines the interaction with the customers;
- cross-browser web application development;
- communicating in an effective manner with the project manager, technical leaders and other internal team members;
- identifying opportunities for process improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change;
- keeping up-to-date with developing technologies and showcases them in your work;
- adapting and solving problems with the new technologies;
- maintaining a direct relationship and continuous communication with the client.
