IT Casino Solutions, entered into the US gaming market in the 2000s and we’ve spent the last two decades moving the industry forward with our casino management systems. Over that time, we have implemented and developed a legacy windows system which offers our casino clients an integrated back office system for connecting and optimizing operational efficiency. Over the last two years, our goal has been to develop new emerging web based technologies to offer everything a casino needs for a fully integrated casino management system to optimize front and back office operations.

Job description:

We are seeking a mid-level full-stack web application developer to support the ITCS Web Development Team. ITCS currently has a legacy application in addition to new web and mobile applications in development. Our chosen candidate will have experience with web application development in .NET MVC and a demonstrable understanding and experience applying software principles, theories, and concepts related to software engineering.

Essential Job Functions:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of software development principles and applications. Contribute to and implement knowledge of standards across teams. Develop software applications and participate in task-related software development activities including peer reviews of software design and code. Investigate, analyze, and resolve reported software anomalies. Create, execute, and maintain an enterprise-level automation testing strategy and automation test framework for a given set of automation tools and levels of standardization. Provide mentorship and guidance within the team and organization. Partner with leadership teams and owners to drive projects forward.

Required:

3-5 years of relevant working experience as a programmer. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques and strategies. Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-discipline environment to produce deliverable products. Experience with web development in .NET environment, MVC or other multi-tiered architecture, configuration management systems, Structured Query Language (SQL) and relational database design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's Degree (or work experience equivalent).

Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Desired Skills:

Web API, ASP .Net Core 3+, JavaScript, MVC, HTML5, CSS3, Microsoft SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core (LINQ to Entities). Experience with the Agile Scrum and XP software process. Experience with automated testing with Microsoft TSF/Azure DevOps, .NET Framework and C# Development.

Bonus Skills:

Mobile Development (IOS and Android), Microsoft Azure experience, Telerik UI and Reporting, Testing/QA experience, Microsoft Certifications in related competencies, Windows Forms development, Leadership Experience.
