Your main mission

As a team lead, you will join Enterprise Data Finance, Sales & SCM team to contribute to the deliver a single point of truth through governance & consolidation while considering local specificity of teams/zones.

Complementary with our Agile framework, you will actively participate to transversal or zone specific projects. Through your leadership and demonstrated experience, you will help your team develop their skillset and promote an environment where innovation and creativity reign, all while keeping in mind your team’s stakes.

What you’ll do

• Animating the community of specialists on reporting to define common practices, rules, identify opportunities for new tools/processes
• Establish standards and best practices on business analysis of BI topics
• Growing the core skills of their team members
• Lead requirements gathering of EMEA distribution zone on sales, scm & finance domains
• Coordinate transversal projects with impact among different domains

What you’ll bring as experience

• 2-4 years professional experience in significant BI/Big Data projects
• 2-4 years of team management
• Proven problem-solving skills, business analysis skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to work at all levels including senior management; and across multiple functions/departments
• Leadership
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Familiarity or eagerness to work with agile
