Perfect Candidate
• Fluent English and French - written and spoken;
• 5-8 years of strong domain knowledge with End to End RTR understanding;
• Bachelor degree in Commerce/Finance
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PPT)
• Leads the RTR team to complete financial accounting activities which include Financial Reporting, P&L, SG&A expenses, allocations, reconciliations, Stock accounting, Fixed assets accounting, Cash accounting, Tax accounting & compliance, General Ledger maintenance, full balance sheet review
• Management experience required; working through Team Leads; having a span of control of approx people;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective with management, team members and client;
• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
• Ability to prioritize and schedule workload;
• Reliable, active approach striving for process improvement;
• Responsibility, accuracy;
• Media Industry experience would be a plus;
• Team player
Main Activities
• Working with the Client Service Manager to ensure both contractual and operational Key Performance Indicators are met;
• Acting as an escalation point for all related issues raised by the client. Ensuring the fast
resolution of these issues and also finding ways of preventing them from happening again;
• Communicating with the client to ensure that the Accounts Receivable department complies
with the latest changes in the procedures;
• Financial Statements
• Develop tax strategy and plan
• Developing good client relationships;
• Developing a motivated and energetic team;
• Actively seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Client.
• Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit
• Quality Assurance
