Formal demands: 

• university degree in economics, health care or social sciences;
• 5 years of leadership experience at managing a larger group of employees on the first or second level;
• absence of any criminal record;
• knowledge of English;
• willingness to participate in training in Slovenia for a period of up to 3 months at the start of employment;

Job description: 

• organisation of work and organisation of the start of operations of the home for the elderly in Romania;
• attaining all permits needed for the operation of a home for the elderly;
• communication with all external stakeholders while establishing the operations (public authorities and state institutions, media, local community, educational institutions);
• positioning of services of the company in a broader and narrower environment;
• obtaining (future) residents of the home;
• recruitment of employees;
• establishing the standards of operations in the administrative field as well as ensuring a professional level of work in the field of social care and nurse care;
• managing, planning, coordinating and supervising the work processes;
• record-keeping, preparation of reports and plans;
• managing of up to 200 employees;
