GERMAN LANGUAGE is OBLIGATORY

  • Work can be done from home.
  • Take inbound user calls through Avaya interface and solve the user it technical problem.
  • Basic administration experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts
  • Troubleshoot MS Active Sync
  • Proven technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications
  • Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
  • To provide technical support; answering support queries remote via phone, ServivceNow and email.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
  • Support of Windows and MS Office products incl. but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
  • To escalate more complex service issues to the relevant next level IT personnel.
  • Remote support for Setup of Desktop IP Phones
  • Setups of iPad, iPhone and Android devices
