German Speaker IT Engineer (DevOps)

Ideal candidate

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer who can speak good English & German and who has good experience with Linux system administration.
It would be nice to have experience/practical knowledge on development applications like Subversion, GIT, JIRA etc.
Good communication skills are also important.
Able to work independent in assigned tasks.
Has to be quick in understanding the tasks and problems.
She/ he must have a high customer orientation .

Job description

Main purpose of the role:
- he/she will offer 2nd Level Support for development systems;
- will setup and maintain IT services and tools that are used by the developers.

The most important tasks:
- Setup new IT services and tools for ECAD, MCAD, software development
- Maintain the services and tools (licenses, backup, updates, monitoring etc.)
- Offer support for IT colleagues and end users (developers);
- Communicate with internal customers and IT colleagues .

Tech- stack to be used:
- Jira, Ansys, Eplan, Zuken, SolidWorks, Subversion, git, Bitbucket, Crucible, Jenkins, Nexus, Autocad, Resharper, Docker, Confluence.
