German Speakers interested in Financial Services

Language:

• Very good language skills, both written and spoken, in German.
• *English as a second language is required.

Abilities/Skills

• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Superb problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Customer orientated approach and excellent communication skills
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
• Education/Training
• Highschool/University Degree
• Previous studies or experience in economics/finance/accounting are a plus, but not a requirement.

What you will do:

• Manage the assigned outstanding accounts
• Handle e-mails and calls from customers and communicate with other departments inside the company
• Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts
• Establish and monitor credit limits
• Process orders on hold by assessing associated risk and liaising with customers
