Check out your future responsibilities below:

• Secure customer demands in regards of material type, quantity and time under consideration of production capacities, supplier quantities, delivery times and logistic costs requirements.
• Accept customer orders, check whether delivery schedules have changed, clarify possible contradictions with the customer as well as carry out a detailed and ramp-up /phase out planning and specify minimum requirements in case of bottlenecks.
• Secure rolling call-off planning (18 months) to the production plant. Ensure to get customer forecast and attend VRM in time. Focus on short term and long-term system planning quality, driving to find CDP problem and feedback to CDP planner and coordinate with sales to make sure the planning figures are correct.
• Monitoring the stock levels and coverage of finished goods and corrective action if necessary.
• Coordination of shipments with external service providers. Monitoring of empty management
• Clearing of transport damages. Coordination of rework actions in the warehouse with external service provider.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Academic degree in economics, logistics or comparable qualification.
• Experience with Automotive Industry, customer logistics/transportation.
• SCM processes & tools.
• English language.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
