Check out your future responsibilities below:

• Monitor of the logistical customer rating/complaints and publish per plant and customer. Support the non-target plants regarding the improvement of the rating. Set up and perform improvement projects/activities using problem solving methods (. lessons learned activities or plant visits/calls). 
• Central interface to the customer for logistical aspects.
• Inform plants about the right usage of customer logistic tools and portals. Create and provide accordingly training material, if necessary, perform training. Handle questions and support requests from plants.
• Secure internal communication in regards of SCM aspects. Development/maintenance of internal communication platforms. 
• After receival or information about new customer portals or tools check feasibility. Communication to customer about these applications.
• Upon receival of logistic requirements reviewing feasibility and impact. Prepare and perform/support the discussion with the customer. Documentation of results according to defined process.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) in Economics/Legal).
• Relevant working experiences in supply chain management.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• High team spirit and communication skills. 
• Customer orientation.
