Global HR Systems Operations Specialist

We are Vitesco Technologies Engineering and our focus is a clean mobility and we have our engineers who are working on this.

Your core responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Close cooperation with the project managers/ System business owner in every phase (. Project Management & Continuous Improvement);
• Handles advanced incidents and change requests and provides feedback;
• Community management with various stakeholders;
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve processes ( via knowledge management & training concept) across digital solutions;
• Continuous Improvement system related activities (. Release Management, Demand Management);
• Transfer defined concepts and standards into standard processes;
• Install an accepted method of quality assurance related to the global process (. KPI);
• Manage tasks & processes within a complex organization and ability to handle various stakeholders;
• Support to Improve processes (. via knowledge management & community management.
• Assure quality of the data in the systems, cross modules checks and identify and correct the irregularities;
• Define and assign roles in the assigned modules;

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business administration, business informatics or any related field;
• Systems affinity, dexterity and attention to details;
• Several years of experience in HR or Employee Health & Safety fields;
• Knowledge of Interflex, 6020 or Quentic App would be an advantage;
• Basic understanding of computing and software as a service;
• Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork;
• Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working;
• Fluent English language skills written and spoken;
