Job role

• Deliver best in class service in Protection & Resilience for global customers that fulfils regulatory and internal requirements

Responsibilities

• Support IT Service Continuity Management and Protective Security Management services provided to clients globally 
• Support in the development of a communication concept to convey PSM awareness among the OE´s employees and on top level management
• Support the event risk management
• Support the implementation of the controls and process requirements specifics to PSM
• Quality development and maintenance of the overall IT Service Continuity Process
• Analyze deviation from the Group standard ITSCM requirements

Requirements

• Ability to set priorities and work to tight deadlines
• Good level of self-organization, strong ability to work under pressure
• High analytical skills and solid business judgement
• Self-motivated, proactive and customer-centric working style
• Well-developed social skills and cross-cultural experience (ability to operate within a global team environment / work within global virtual teams)
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances

Skills

• University degree in Business Administration, IT or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Protection & Resilience domains ideally in the financial / insurance industry
• Proven experience as a competent team member
• Ability to analyze data and extrapolate relevant information, identify problem root causes and communicate it effectively
• Entrepreneurial spirit with creative thinking
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to deliver high-quality results
• Technical understanding of IT tools is preferred
• Relevant IT certification is appreciated (. ITIL)

• Fluent English is required
