• Ensure high quality worldwide vendor master data maintenance
• Analysis, change and corrections of master data
• Perform duplicate checks for master data harmonization
• Clean-up data for specific tools & criteria
• Data mapping /validation /correction
• Involvement in activities in the SPIRIT, MDG, DocuSign and SCOUT systems
• Support and training of global users in the master data process
• Collaborate with other project teams/ team members and coordinate project tasks
  
  Essential Skills/Qualifications
• Fluent in English;
• Excel knowledge
• Experience in administration;
• Analytical skills and diligent working;

Desirable Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge in Power Bi or Knime is an advantage;
• SAP knowledge and experience with master data maintenance is an advantage.
