• Development of long term manufacturing strategy & footprint anticipation considering future trends, markets and business models;
• Supports the definition of global manufacturing footprint strategy for BU CCN
• Alignment/collaboration with other BU's, Automotive Manufacturing and BU Segments in terms of footprint strategy and execution;
• Follows and develops standards of the manufacturing footprint processes
• BU OES coordination in case of multi-location projects
• Responsible for CCN Footprint in Europe
• Defines localization of product groups based on capacity, demand and customer strategy
• Coordination of production floor space in European plants (moves, transfers, transformation projects, simulations )
• Organizes interdisciplinary risk assessment and plan mitigation measures with relevant functions
• BU responsible project leader for plant expansion, brown and Greenfields (interface to all stakeholders) within Europe
• Defines budget for plant expansion, new greenfield (investment, var and fix HC, ramp up costs, transfers and qualification costs).

Job Requirements

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge about project management, tools and methods (stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, workstreams, milestone tracking, SWOT)
• Skills in lean manufacturing and agile organization
• Knowledge about factory planning process, macro layout activities
• Knowledge about product cost calculations, plant cost structure
• Good level of English

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
