Global Trainer for the Technical Know How Management Team
Location Timisoara (Romania)
Your tasks:
Gather information and analyze the processes from technical departments (Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics…) in order to identify the training requirements and determine the training content in cooperation with all the departments involved
Production of e-learnings, training videos and similar applications, using different methods and tools for the documentation and distribution of the Know How
Effective communication and intensive collaboration with Central Technical Departments, Local and Central HR Training Department to ensure the quality of the Training Services delivery
Prepare and update training material, like presentations, e-learnings and videos
Conduct trainings to ensure a safe launch of the content you and the team has developed
Your strengths:
Extensive knowledge in digital media as e-learning and training video production (film production, preferably with Adobe)
Moodle experience
University degree preferable or equivalent education
Advanced English knowledge (speaking, reading and writing), additional language is advantageous
Good communicative skills and cooperation ability
PC- knowledge on professional user level (MS Office)
Independent, structured and analytical attitude
Affiliation for working with databases, organizing process / projects
Willingness to travel as job requires (up to 25%)
