We are currently looking to hire candidates in various positions however this position is advertised for someone who will be based in Romania preferably in Cluj and will be available to travel with the CEO with short notice. We are committed to train students, fresh graduates and young professionals and help them realize their potential. Keeping this in mind our hires normally gets exposed to multiple areas and responsibilities which offer an exciting opportunity and platform for future growth. Position will be a mix of personal assistant/strategy and business analyst

Ideal candidates for most of the positions are looking for possibilities in Cluj which would like to work in a highly challenging and demanding environment in professional services as opposed to typical BPO/Call Center roles. Roles atone end provide excellent grooming while at other end require highly driven, motivated, flexible, open and smart individuals with pleasing personality and humility. Some of other criterias we look for

1. Academic excellence demonstrable for grades in bachelors and masters degrees
2. Overall exposure and experience such as extracurricular activities; ERASMUS etc
3. Languages other than Romanian and English

Personal Assistant: (We have 1 to 3 position open in Cluj or for remote work from other cities in Romania or Moldova in these areas and responsibilities will be chosen (but not limited to) from the following set; some of these position can be part time; evening hours; weekends and will be designed to suit the company and potential employee current and future development needs. Personal Assistant will work with CEO of the business and with all his personal and professional initiatives. Tasks are likely to include (but not limited to)
- Supporting CEO in all aspects of business locally and globally
- Organize agenda and understand WHY of things beyond WHAT
- Accompany the CEO in meetings / travels / conferences time to time in Romania, Europe and elsewhere
- Act as the lifestyle manager and support to the CEO
- Manage CEOs investments and reporting
- Be aware of agenda fully and anticipate and support his business and life needs
- General management support and partial/full HR/admin, accounting responsibilities
- Keeps track of the expenses and makes sure that all the invoices are paid and filed appropriately Responsible for book-keeping and internal financial trackers
- Mantains relationship with company’s bankers and assures the delivery of all the necessary documents
- Ensures that all the internal administrative tasks are acomplished
- İs in charge of mantaining a good relation with the external partners
- Schedules meetings, books hotel rooms, plane tickets and makes required payments
- Daily accessing, coordinating and updating the databases
- Other administrative and secretarial duties
