POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:
- Administration of the DGF module in Service Now
- Management and administration of RAIDEs records
- Administration of the Process Compliance Bot solution within Service Now
- Identifying issues based on points awarded by Process Compliance Bot and taking appropriate corrective actions
- Chairing client-facing meetings (not restricted to governance operations area) and documenting meeting proceedings via meeting minutes documents
- Preparing reports/presentations to demonstrate Governance operations performance
- Participating in Supplier Management meetings
- Identifying and formulating opportunities for improvement across the organization (not restricted to Governance Operations area)
- Ensuring that the process and work instruction documentation is compliant with theproject's documentation standards

- Proven experience in working within SIAM framework and cross tower supplier management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good knowledge of SNOW
- ITIL certification – Intermediate level preferably
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible and well-motivated
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and external clients
- Strong client-facing skills, with ability to quickly establish rapport with client contacts at all levels
- Understanding the nature of IT service management
