Graphic Artist

Playwing is looking for a highly creative and passionate Game Artist 2D/3D who will work on creating the best possible designs for our mobile games.

Main duties:

• Work on the development of a visual style, design and overall look of the Playwing projects.

• Develop visual concepts and ideas.

• Contribute artwork ideas toward communities and forums.

• Create characters, assets and environments to be rolled out into the game.

• Support team in game design.

• Independently ideate, innovate, iterate and think outside the box.

• Demonstrate and communicate clear expectations for quality of work, productivity, communication and professionalism with the team.

• Work with team to define and meet key milestones as well as create task lists and work estimates.

• Responsible for working with and seeking feedback from peers and leads.

Required Job Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related degree.

• 3+ years as Graphic Artist or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience with 3D software . Maya / 3DS Max.

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop

• Capable of independently creating concept sketches and final renderings/tweaks and animation.

• Ability to pay attention to details and to follow an artistic direction.

• Experience in mobile games or other real-time rendering application, making organic or hard-surface models.

• Demonstrate responsibility in your work when given the freedom to work independently.

• Agile, flexible, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

• Good English skills - written and spoken.
