Job description:
- Design and simulate new digital and/or analog circuits, functional blocks and interconnects for our Liquid Handling products.
- Collaborate with design teams such as mechanical and software.
- Close collaboration with other involved departments in different product development stages
- Maintain released designs and validate replacements for obsolete components.
- Perform design validation reports
- Manage technical aspects and monitor efficient deployment of new technologies and systems.
- Support the RFQ activities for new projects
- Perform feasibility studies
Professional experience & skills desired to have:
Technical University degree
Good English skills
German is a plus
Good experience with schematic design
Experience with board layout
Basic understanding of programming languages
EMC basic knowledge
Experience in product development
Experience with Mentor Graphics Expedition (preferably)
A good team player
Creative and positive thinking
Self-responsible
