Responsibilities:
- BearingPoint RegTech is a leading international provider of innovative solutions in the areas of regulatory, risk technology (RegTech / RiskTech) and tax reporting, as well as services for regulatory and tax reportingcompanies worldwide, including major international banks, leading insurance companies and regulators trust BearingPoint's RegTech products and services;
- Take over the technical and disciplinary leadership and development of the team with approx. 20 employees at two locations in Germany and Romania;
- Manage, coordinate, direct and coach the operations team with regard to the tasks to be processed such as: further growth and increasing demands of the financial customers on the services; this also included supplier management;
- Improve, develop and document processes, tools and methods within the company according to ITIL;
- Conducting service meetings with our customers' representatives, as well as coordinating opportunities with sales, presales and suppliers;
- Audit and IT security management (ISO certification, ISAE 3402);
- The position is to be filled in Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf or Timisoara.
Requirements:
- A successfully completed (technical) university degree in the field of information technology or a comparable professional experience;
- Professional experience in the area of IT management including experience in personnel management from distributed locations;
- Pronounced customer and service orientation as well as a high degree of commitment, responsibility and team spirit;
- Very good communication and presentation skills;
- Good knowledge of German and English.
