In this role you have the opportunity to
Lead, develop and deploy local rewards policies and processes within the global strategies, policies and frameworks, and executes local rewards projects. You will support, guide and provide subject matter expertise to leadership team and people leaders in the countries, HRM, PPS and TA/recruiters regarding rewards matters, grading and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies and practices. You are also responsible to maintain up-to-date content (on policy and/or processes) and for the education and instruction of Philips People Services.
You are responsible for
Policies, processes and systems:
- Acts as a guardian of global rewards policies, processes and systems;
- Executes benchmarking, subsequently proactively designs, aligns and maintains local pay structures & pay ranges and the benefit plans, within the global reward strategies and frameworks and in compliance with and customized to local regulations/ legislation;
- Trains market Leadership, people leaders and HRMs on reward practices in CEE and ensures common understanding;
- Sets up a clear and deployable benefits policy in the countries and vendor management;
- Defines a clear short term incentive as well as sales incentive structure for all businesses in CEE;
- Executes local rewards projects, . changes to Total Target Reward and support M&A;
- Create or update local Rewards policies and lead communication and change management for all relevant stakeholders.
Individual case handling:
- Partners with international/local Head of HR & Leadership team for individual reward cases for non-Executives;
- Acts on request of Global CoE with Executive case handling.
Partnership & Support:
- Acts as a senior member of market HR team and a strong leader of CoE in the market;
- Provides trusted advisory, consultation and content to Leadership, people leaders, Head of HR, HRMs, TA and PPS;
- Acts as a point of contact for escalation of “cases” by Philips People Services Tier-2 and TA.
You are part of
The Global CoE and HR CEE Team. The Market of CEE has an employee base of approx. 3000 people located in 19 different countries with operations in the commercial as well as Global Busieness Services (SSC/BPO) and in the industrial field.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in Rewards function in international environment. Experience in HRM role or any business role is a strong plus;
- University Degree (ideally in HR field or Finance);
- Experience in HR processes/international matrix structure/managing stakeholders (Global, European & Local Rewards, HR CEE, Shared Services, CEE Leadership Team);
- Strong communication skills verbal and written;
- Excellent command of English in verbal and written;
- Self-starter, highly energetic and resourceful;
- Excellent command of all MS office programs;
- Able to shape reward related topics in the CEE market within a global framework.
