Role purpose:
- Provides Health, Safety& Wellbeing (HS&W) support for Shared Services Center( SSC)
- Ensures that all HS&W activities are focussed to reduce HS&W risk in SSC operations
- Provides the tools and support to ensure that all HS&W activities in SSC can be successfully delivered
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Plan, organize and coordinate the HS&W work from SSC;
- Ensure that appropiate HS&W training is delivered by suppliers to all SSC staff( including Safety New Hire Induction);
- Inspect frequently the all the SSC Premises from the H&S point of view, work with Facilties and suppliers to maintain permanently the exit routes unobtructed, the fire safety systems working& maintained, the office environments safe and free of hazards;
- Initiate actions to obtain/ update certifications related to Premises H&S;
- Organize trainings and communications on H&S for the employees;
- Principal contact with H&S Local Authorities
- Liaise with Medical Suppliers key accounts for staff regular medical check ups, on site assistance, other requirements;
- Keep track of records for work safety and emergency situation cards for all employees, job changes at company level, location changes,etc;
- Manage the relationship with the HS&W suppliers, including contracts, invoice processing, placing orders etc.;
- Issues job specific reports;
- Organizes, keeps and archive all specific department documents, according to internal procedures;
- Ensuring that Vodafone Global HS&W requirements are interpreted and clearly communicated, understood and complied with by all local SSC business;
- Responsible for proposing and implemented a SSC Wellbeing annual calendar;
- Providing support for HS&W input to SSC leaders;
- Provide support for monitoring the delivery of all HS&W related action plans(annual, as a result of incidents,audits, inspections, or lessons learned from other markets);
- Implementation, monitoring analysis and reporting of activities to ensure compliance( including those of suppliers, if case)
- Provides support to implement/ update specific procedures for HS&W;
