Your Role:
- 1st level support / helpdesk for on-site and remote users
- setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems & Microsoft Office Suite
- hardware maintenance for PCs, laptops and printers
- user data backups and deployment of new workstations
- business applications support
- TCP/IP networking
Requirements:
- advanced English written and spoken
- passion for communication and building relationships
- positive attitude with a strong desire to learn & grow professionally
- sociable person, well organized and mannered
- availability for occasional trips to national/international clients
