Helpdesk with German

We are recruiting German Speakers for help-desk jobs for one of our clients. This is not a call center position. 

This positions has 3 shifts:

09:00 - 17:00

13:00 - 21:00

17:00 - 01:00

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat, email and phone
• Working with multiple back-offices, internal tools as well as engaging 3rd parties (games providers) to ensure customer queries are answered and / or resolved in a timely and correct manner
• Assisting customers encountering issues with processing payments (credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, paysafecard)

Requirements:

• Fluent German and English languages skills (written and spoken)
• Very good problem-solving skills
