YOUR TASKS
- Receive calls from worldwide internal IT users and provide direct solutions for basic requests
- Analyze error descriptions in a direct dialogue with the users
- Document and categorize errors in the common Hella ticketing system
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in customer support
- Analytic thinking, problem solving attitude
- Fluent English and good German language skills
- Very good communication skills
