Reporting to HRSS process Lead, located in Romania
Critical skills required
- advanced English level
- 2-3 years of previous experience in Human Resources management
- good understanding of the overall Human Resources processes, ability to work under pressure

Main responsibilities:
Managing phone calls/ emails received from the Wipro candidates across CE by following the guidelines and specific provisions communicated at process level;
Process the information according to standard operating procedure and GDPR regulation as agreed in the company policies;
Activities related to Background verification process- BGV- guiding candidates on the process and document update on specific tool;
Working together with specific support functions in order to ensure that technical issues encountered by candidates related to Onboarding and BGV tools are addressed in a fast manner;
Covering activities related to Onboarding: assets request order, medical scheduling, contract release with annexures, document collection, induction scheduling, welcome kit;
Covering activities related to employee administration (employee letters, labor contract & personal data changes); updating personnel files of current employees and archiving inactive files; time & attendance and leave management; benefits administration; exit process;
Ensures the fulfilment of all activities and requests coming from respective country stakeholders ( employees, HR, etc. ) in connection with Social Security and Administration;
Prepares reports related to the work volumes required by direct manager and other stakeholder;
Update the standard operating procedures and the process map in accordance with the changes requested by the client and according to the changes which occur from a legislative point of view;
Prioritizes accordingly the requests he/she receives from team leader in order to meet the accuracy criteria as per the SLAs made known at the department level;
Contributes proactively to the constant improvement and standardization of existing processes;
Offers other team members support for continuous improvement of the processes and the implementation of the proposed solutions;
At the request of the supervisor (Team Leader), performs or reports on the progress achieved by himself/ herself of any related to the country/ countries for which its offered support;
Providing back-up support in the absence of some of the team members;
Offers support or suitable training to the new team members.
