• Responsible for administrative activities concerning personnel. 
• Administrates and completes personnel records, releases documents needed by employees. 
• Makes sure that all administrative documents respect the legal requirements. 
• Records data and creates reports.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• University degree.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in the HR domain
  Knowledge of actual Romanian and European labor legislation.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll related module (or similar).
• Knowledge about all major HR concepts, systems, processes & tools.
  
  Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
• English language
• Knowledge of Interflex
