We are WebBeds, a global tourism Company
and we need a new team member to join us in our Iasi office.
As we continue to grow as a business we need a new HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
What we need from you:
- At least 3 years experience as an HR Administrator;
- Availability for business trips;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Word and Excel;
- High accuracy and attention to detail;
- Able to work effectively under pressure and in an organised manner, juggling multiple priorities;
- Team player;
- Builds good relationships;
- Able to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.
Your mission is:
- To support the HR function and the business by providing an efficient and effective HR support service.
Your role is:
- Undertake HR administration in accordance with employee related legislation and internal policies and procedures (including starters, leavers, holidays, sickness, induction, maternity, paternity etc);
- Maintain complete and accurate HR files and HR database in line with Company policy;
- Makes sure that the databases are up to date;
- To assist in any recruitment and selection process, when it’s requested.
